Welcome to PeerPizza. By accessing or using peer-pizza.vercel.app (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

PeerPizza lets you share files directly between browsers (P2P) or via temporary cloud links. The Service is provided free of charge and "as is".

2. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not use the Service to share or transmit any content that:

• Is illegal, infringes intellectual property, or violates any law or regulation.
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Is abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invades another person's privacy.
• Contains sexually explicit material involving minors or any other prohibited content.

You are solely responsible for the files you share and the people you share them with.

3. No Storage of P2P Files

Files shared over P2P are transferred directly between users and are never stored by us. Quick and Relay transfers are stored temporarily and deleted automatically within 24 hours.

4. Accounts

You may use most features without an account. If you register, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

5. Advertising

The Service is supported by advertising, including Google AdSense. By using the Service you agree to the display of such ads.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that transfers will be successful, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeerPizza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
